Job Description:

The role is home-based with travel to WTW offices and clients throughout the UK (and occasionally overseas).

The Role

You will act as an independent risk advisor, consulting clients and prospects on their risk management needs.

You’ll support the development of their risk profile to align with risk mitigation, transfer, and tolerance strategies.

You will also develop new business opportunities, supporting revenue growth aligned with WTW’s risk management offerings, focusing on new and existing client growth activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate clients' risk exposure, maturity, claims profile, and governance to provide external perspective and challenge.
  • Identify sales opportunities in risk and claims management.
  • Manage key client accounts from a risk and claims perspective.
  • Build networks through regular risk meetings with clients, account teams, and industry groups.
  • Facilitate panel and promotional events, providing expert advice on risk and claims management.
  • Connect with clients and prospects to understand and address their risk needs, delivering added value.
  • Support bid tenders and leverage new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a high profile internally and externally, collaborating with teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, methodologies, and emerging risks.
  • Review client claims to identify areas for risk management improvements.
