Job summary

Santander is evolving into a technology-driven organisation with a strong risk culture. The Senior Risk Manager will support the TSB Integration Programme across London or Milton Keynes, ensuring Risks and Issues are visible and mitigated, and guiding workstreams on risk management adherence.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Santander Risk Management Framework, experience in major change programmes, and strong engagement with regulators.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the Santander Risk Management Framework (Required)
• Experience of working in a major Change Programme (Required)
• Communication to senior stakeholders (Required)
• Experience of dealing with regulators (e.g. FCA/PRA) (Required)
• Understanding of the Santander Controls catalogue

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk governance materials for senior leadership and regulatory audiences.
• Coordinate across workstreams and 1st/2nd/3rd lines of defence to track risks and mitigations.
• Prepare briefing papers for Risk Governance meetings and regulators.
• Support execution against the Programme Risk Management Framework and communicate changes to workstreams.
