Job summary

Santander Group is seeking a senior cyber risk professional to join the Chief Information Security Office in London. You will oversee cyber risk across the London Branch, shape risk reporting, and drive improvements in risk controls for complex technology environments.

Based at Triton Square, London, the role requires UK regulatory knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to challenge senior stakeholders across technology, security and risk teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security domains across complex environments.
• Knowledge of UK regulatory expectations for technology risk and cyber security.
• Strong ability to translate technical risk into senior-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight and effective challenge of cyber and information security risks across SLB.
• Assess the effectiveness of cyber risk management frameworks, controls and remediation activity.
• Review cyber risk assessments, control testing, risk acceptances and treatment plans.
• Monitor the cyber risk profile, including KRIs, threats and control weaknesses.
• Report risk exposures to senior management and relevant committees.
• Collaborate with Technology, Cyber Security, Operational Risk and business teams.
