We are expanding our consulting team at optimise and looking for a talented Risk Manager to support major, nationally significant programmes across Utilities, Energy, Rail, and Construction.
What You’ll Do:
Facilitate & Manage: Lead interactive risk workshops and maintain dynamic project risk registers.
Model & Analyse: Run quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses (QCRA using @Risk and QSRA using PRA/Safran).
Advise & Report: Produce clear, insightful risk reports that drive effective client governance.
Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our multidisciplinary risk practitioner team and directly with major infrastructure clients.
What You Bring:
Proven experience delivering project risk management within a client or consultancy environment.
Strong facilitation skills with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Hands-on technical proficiency in QCRA and QSRA modelling.
A solid understanding of project controls, governance, and commercial risk.
A consulting mindset defined by professional curiosity, resilience, and excellent communication.
