Balfour Beatty plc’s Power Transmission & Distribution team is seeking a Risk Manager to lead governance, risk registers and in-flight risk across Stage 1 and Stage 2 projects. You will coordinate risk workshops with commercial, project and client teams and ensure evidence-based, client-facing risk outputs.
This hybrid role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement and experience in dedicated risk management within large organisations.

We are seeking a Risk Manager to join our Power T&D Innovation Team. In this role, you will lead the development, challenge, governance and management of project risk information across both the baseline risk process and in-flight delivery stage. The role will provide project-facing risk leadership, ensuring risk registers are technically robust, commercially aligned, evidence-based, client-facing where required and capable of supporting project governance, GTIC/BTIC review, client scrutiny and portfolio-level reporting.
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
