SEA is seeking a Programme Risk Manager to deliver specialist risk management across programmes, projects and bids. You will establish governance, maintain risk-related data, and support qualitative/quantitative risk analyses to improve delivery confidence and decision making.
The role requires experience in complex systems programmes, preferably in defence/engineering, and will involve risk reporting to senior stakeholders. Hybrid/flexible working is available across multiple sites in the UK.

The Programme Risk Manager is responsible for providing specialist risk management capability across SEA programmes, projects and bids, supporting delivery teams to identify, assess, manage and report threats and opportunities across the full lifecycle.
Risk Manager will be based at either our Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple sites. This role allows for flexible working.
The salary for this role is up to £53k, depending on experience.
