Job summary

Simmons & Hanbury is seeking an Enterprise Risk Integration Manager to lead risk integration across acquisitions, strategic transformation initiatives, and new business activities. The role requires deep expertise in market and credit risk and experience in integrating risk management frameworks.

I’m working on an exciting opportunity with a leading global financial services firm, seeking an Enterprise Risk Integration Manager to lead risk integration across acquisitions, strategic transformation initiatives and new business activities.

This is a highly unique role, looking at what is essentially M&A activity in a rapidly growing firm. If you have strong experience in market / credit risk and experience in integrating risk management frameworks this role will be perfect.

Due to growth, and the pace of work required, the client needs someone who has direct experience and can be trusted with work from day one, dealing with front office teams and heads of department across governance.

As roles go, this one is truly one of a kind.

Responsibilities:

• Lead risk integration across acquisitions and strategic change programmes.
• Design and implement Risk target operating models, frameworks and controls.
• Coordinate delivery across financial and non-financial risk teams.

We have two headcount in this team due to growth, and salaries will range from £75,000 - £100,000 plus bonus and benefits.
