iFAST Global Bank Ltd is seeking a Compliance role to support the Head of Compliance in overseeing risk governance and regulatory adherence. The role involves reviewing risk activities, maintaining evidence, and enhancing controls across the bank’s compliance framework.

Key responsibilities include monitoring governance, assessing PRA/FCA obligations, and producing concise reports for senior stakeholders. Hybrid working model with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking risk management and governance.
• Solid understanding of UK regulation and three lines of defence.
• Ability to review risk assessments and control evidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee risk governance and compliance with PRA/ FCA requirements.
• Test and review the Compliance Monitoring Plan findings and actions.
• Review risk-based samples (RCSAs, control assessments, risk reports).
• Ensure clear evidence, ownership, escalation and follow-ups.
• Monitor governance, reporting and remediation through risk functions.
