Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC in City of London is seeking a Risk Engineering Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will coordinate and administer risk engineering services within the Japanese Business division and work closely with the Head of Risk Engineering.

You will support UK and Europe teams, allocate survey requests, distribute reports, develop content for internal and client resources, and help maintain RE-Port reporting tools.

Qualifications

• A-Levels or higher and with relevant coordination and administration work experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel).
• Experience of managing processes, systems and administrative responsibilities, including liaison with key stakeholders, preferably within an insurance company or similar organisation.
• Knowledge of SQL Report Services is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer risk engineering services within the TMHCC Japanese Business division.
• Provide support for the Risk Engineering team in the UK and Europe.
• Allocate survey requests to TMHCC Risk Engineers in conjunction with the HRE & Deputy.
• Distribute completed loss prevention reports to UWs/brokers/customers.
• Allocate survey requests and coordinate Third-Party Risk Engineers in conjunction with the HRE & Deputy and distribute completed reports.
• Generate reports detailing performance against KPI’s for the Risk Engineering team.
