Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a risk management support specialist to strengthen risk data across projects. You will maintain risk data in ARM, develop dashboards in Power BI and Excel, and produce regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.

You will work with Risk Managers and stakeholders to apply governance, perform data quality checks, identify trends, and help create guidance and user documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience within risk, PMO, project controls, programme delivery, data analysis or related business support functions.
• Practical experience supporting risk management activities within a project, programme or business environment.
• Understanding of risk management principles, processes and governance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Experience producing reports and dashboards for a range of stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective operation of risk management processes across Rolls-Royce SMR.
• Maintain and continually improve risk data in Risk Management Information Systems, including Active Risk Manager (ARM).
• Produce regular and ad-hoc risk reports, dashboards and analysis using ARM, Power BI and Excel.
• Support Risk Managers and stakeholders in consistently applying risk management processes.
• Perform risk data quality reviews and help maintain effective risk registers.
• Identify trends, insights and emerging themes from risk information to support decision-making.
• Support risk reviews, workshops and action tracking activities.
• Provide practical system support and guidance to risk management tool users.
• Assist with developing risk management guidance, training materials and user support documentation.
• Contribute to improving risk reporting, data quality and risk management capability across the business.
