Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Risk Management to mature how we identify, own, and report risk across real-time payments markets. You will work with product, engineering and risk teams to translate complex risk requirements into practical actions.

The role requires advanced knowledge of risk frameworks, the three lines of defence, and experience in technology or financial services. You’ll help build a culture of risk ownership and deliver high-quality risk reporting for management.

• Advanced knowledge of risk and control frameworks and the three lines of defence.
• Ability to identify, assess, monitor and manage operational and technology risks.
• Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder influence across product, engineering and risk teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with product, engineering, operations and risk teams to identify and manage risks and controls.
• Monitor risk environment and escalate issues as needed.
• Support risk assessments, assurance activities, operational resilience and audit activities.
• Produce insightful risk reporting to support decision-making.
