Job summary

Close Brothers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Retail to support our Retail division and Motor Finance business. You will enable management teams with clear, risk-aware hiring decisions, maintain robust MI, and provide transparent reporting for leadership and regulators.

Qualifications

• Strong governance, risk management and compliance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across levels.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality MI and present complex information clearly.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify risk themes.
• Structured, proactive and able to deliver under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and monitor commercial, operational, conduct and control risks, ensuring effective mitigation.
• Maintain accurate risk reporting, root cause analysis and remediation in line with standards.
• Develop and manage the risk register, tracking issues to resolution.
• Embed risk management processes across teams and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate audits and prepare governance reports, dashboards and MI for risk committees.
