Job summary

WPP Media, the AI-driven media unit of WPP, is seeking a Risk & Controls Manager for the EMEA region based in the UK. You will help implement and monitor a robust local control framework aligned with group requirements and lead audits and remediation efforts across markets.

You will engage senior stakeholders, embed ethics and integrity, and drive pragmatic, scalable controls in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in risk & controls, ethics and compliance, or internal/external audit.
• Knowledge of IFRS, SOX, PCAOB requirements.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Promote ethics and integrity across the region via training and guidance.
• Act as risk & controls subject matter expert and partner with markets and networks.
• Support design and operation of financial, operational and compliance controls.
• Coordinate audit and remediation activities with internal and external auditors.
