Job summary

WPP Media in the United Kingdom seeks a Global Client Compliance Manager to lead commercial audits across global agencies, strengthening the compliance framework and client profitability.

You will work with Directors, manage client relationships, and help design systems, processes, and training. Hybrid UK-based role with growth in a leading advertising network.

Strong financial and communication skills required; multi-market experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Qualified/part qualified accountant/auditor and/or a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Commercial, Accounting, Finance, International Business, or a related field
• Experience interpreting and applying contract terms would be an advantage
• Industry commercial/financial experience
• Multi market hands on experience
• Basic knowledge of core agency concepts – agency benefits, disclosed buying models, undisclosed inventory, vendor contracts & remuneration models

Responsibilities

• Know ledge of designated commercial contract terms and awareness of key client relationships
• Day to day management of client audit programs across markets
• Review and preparation of scopes of audit, NDAs and MRLs
• Preparation of audit briefings and agency questionnaires
• Tracking of results and settlement/makegoods
• Provide consultancy on basic contractual knowledge and market specific commercial know-how
• Assist with the implementation of tailored compliance programs to meet changing market practices and client requirements
• Work with the Directors on governance of portfolios and broader contracting solutions
• Collaborate on training and best practice programs for commercial contractual knowledge
• Maintain up-to-date agency commercial guidance documentation and systems
