Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking an EMEA Risk & Compliance Manager based in London. You will lead the ongoing development of the risk framework, drive GRC adoption, and deliver risk insights to senior leaders.

The role requires proven risk/compliance experience in regulated environments, stakeholder influence, and strong analytical and reporting skills. Collaboration with auditors and regulators is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Risk Management and/or Compliance within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Experience delivering workshops, training and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued development and embedding of the EMEA Risk Management Framework.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of our Enterprise GRC system across the region.
• Facilitate risk workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Identify, assess and report key risks, incidents and emerging threats.
• Deliver meaningful risk insights and reporting to senior leadership.
• Support business continuity, resilience and governance initiatives.
• Champion compliance with fraud, anti-bribery, sanctions and travel-regulated regulations.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
