Role Outline

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with customers to address key operational challenges within the industry. You will support the team in managing requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and acquiring and applying your knowledge in the retail or transport sector.

• Assist in understanding and improving business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technological solutions.
• Participate in customer and business operations workshops, including sessions with senior management and operational staff.
• Work within Agile project teams, supporting the Product Owner and Lead Business Analyst.

• Participate in mentoring and team-building activities.
