Job description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Risk Assessor to join our growing team at PEMCO. This is a flexible, remote role, with travel to client sites across the UK, that can be full or part-time. Ideal for someone who takes a people-first approach to safety and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

We welcome applications from individuals with expertise in one or more of the following risk areas:

• General Workplace Risk

Experience across all three areas is preferred but not essential. We provide training and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across Fire Safety, Legionella, and General Workplace Risk
• Produce clear, professional reports and recommendations for clients
• Advise clients on compliance and remedial actions where necessary
• Work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
• Travel to client sites across the UK as needed

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Health & Safety, Fire Safety, or related fields
• Experience in conducting risk assessments
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
