This is a varied analyst-level position, working across Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Assurance. You’ll play an important role in helping the business understand and manage its risk profile, while also improving the quality of reporting, governance and management information used across the Group.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and information, has strong attention to detail and is naturally curious about how processes can be improved. Previous experience within a 2LOD environment would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. Experience in areas such as risk, compliance, financial crime, internal audit, controls or assurance could also provide a strong foundation.
You’ll report directly to the Group Risk Manager and will have considerable exposure to senior stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business. As the function continues to develop, there is genuine scope to shape the role and build a broader career across risk, compliance, assurance or financial crime.
We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership. You should enjoy understanding how things work, spotting opportunities to improve them and turning information into something useful for the business.
