Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Risk Analyst to join the Risk Decision & Data Science team, winners of Credit Modelling & Risk Team of the Year. You will support lending decisions and help enhance decision tools with robust analytics.

You'll write and run SAS code to generate data, identify insights, monitor model performance, and present findings across the business to ensure models are understood and used effectively for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
• Experience with data, advanced analytics and modelling, interpretation of results and recommendations.
• Ability to present findings clearly, verbally and in reports.
• Programming aptitude; SAS, R or Python; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support decisions across lending products and improve decision tools.
• Write and run SAS code to produce data for insights and model development.
• Present insights and ensure models are understood and used to benefit customers.
• Collaborate with team members across the business to drive outcomes.
