Job summary

Grant Thornton UK is launching a fast-track Advisory apprenticeship designed to turn trainees into leaders. You’ll engage with a variety of clients, from growth startups to larger organisations, while pursuing a professional qualification and gaining international exposure from day one.

The programme combines hands-on client work with structured learning, access to AI tools, and a sponsor from a partner to guide your development as you progress towards leadership roles.

• Work with FTSE-listed and fast-growing clients across finance, public sector and technology.
• Contribute to advisory projects from risk reviews to modelling and process transformation.

• Collaborate with colleagues to turn complex business issues into clear, actionable solutions.
