Grant Thornton UK is launching a fast-track advisory graduate programme designed to turn trainees into leaders. From day one you’ll engage with real client work, gain international exposure and be paired with a Partner sponsor to guide your early career.

You’ll undertake a fully-funded professional qualification with paid study leave, while taking on meaningful client interaction and business development responsibilities to accelerate growth across our Advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate seeking a structured professional pathway.
• Willingness to study for a recognised professional qualification.
• Interest in advisory services and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the graduate advisory programme.
• Rotate across service lines to gain broad exposure.
• Support clients and learn risk, governance and growth advisory.
• Study for ACA/ICAS/CFAB/ACCA/CIMA or similar qualification.
