Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should have excellent food knowledge, a commitment to high standards, and the ability to lead and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Managing the kitchen line and planning shifts for optimal coverage
• Ensuring food safety, health, and safety standards are met
• Understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
