• Attend Client and Site Construction meetings and document project controls activities.
• Develop baseline targets, track progress, and recommend remedial actions.
• Learn forecasting trends, deviations from baseline, and assess impacts of project changes.
• Support clear project decisions through thorough documentation and communication.
