Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to support schools across Rotherham and Doncaster. You will cover day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and long-term teaching opportunities, with support to complete induction or secure a permanent role.

You will deliver engaging lessons, build confidence in diverse settings, and develop classroom management and teaching practice while accessing ongoing professional development and dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or due to achieve QTS.
• Recent graduates and ECTs encouraged to apply.
• Passion for education and supporting young people’s development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across subject or year group.
• Build confidence and experience in various school settings.
• Establish positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
