Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Regulatory Operations/Regulatory Affairs expert to drive customer success for RIM products in Europe. You will advocate for customers, shaping the roadmap for Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing while building strong relationships across the RIM community.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in regulatory roles, strong English communication, and willingness to travel up to 15% across time zones in Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in regulatory life sciences roles such as Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience with submissions, publishing, archiving, and RIM processes.
• Ability to translate customer needs into problem statements for business and technical teams.
• Strong English communication, remote/onsite collaboration, and travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Be the product evangelist for Veeva RIM with Submissions and Publishing use cases.
• Stay current on features and communicate roadmap direction to customers.
• Educate customers in Communities and forums, showcasing product value.
• Engage stakeholders to share roadmap and vision across teams.
• Gather feedback, prioritize needs, and influence product strategy and releases.
• Collaborate with Product to create content and release communications.
• Provide cross‑functional support to Services, Strategy, Sales and Support.
