Job summary

Mando Solutions Ltd in Cardiff is recruiting for experienced Rigid Dump Truck Operators to support a busy civil engineering and aggregate operation.

Ongoing work with immediate starts, weekly pay and long-term opportunities. Shifts typically 10–12 hours, Monday to Friday with optional weekend work. You will operate Rigid Dump Trucks safely and as part of a collaborative site team, following all health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo.
• Full PPE provided and used on site.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Rigid Dump Truck safely and efficiently.
• Support site operations and work as part of a team.
• Complete daily checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Ensure equipment is operated per company and site requirements.
