Wellington Riding in Hook is seeking a lively instructor to teach children and adults across group and private lessons, with a welcoming, organized approach to building confidence and skill. You will work Saturdays 9am–4pm and be part of a team that delivers high-quality coaching in a busy, supportive environment.

The role offers opportunities for training, including BHS qualifications, and substantial staff discounts across Wellington Estate businesses.

Qualifications

• Time management and daily planning with colleagues
• Willingness to obtain DBS certification
• First Aid - training provided if needed
• Safeguarding certificate - training provided if needed

Responsibilities

• Promote Wellington Riding as a centre of excellence
• Deliver high-quality group and private lessons
• Teach both children and adults and build a regular client base
• Help clients progress towards riding potential
• Support safe working practices and health & safety policy
• Maintain professional client communications and scheduling
