Evans Cycles is recruiting a Sales Assistant to help customers find the right bike, kit, or advice, bringing energy and knowledge to every conversation and upholding store standards and customer experience.

You’ll be part of a passionate team with access to full training and clear progression within Evans Cycles and the Frasers Group network, in a role that combines hands-on service with product knowledge growth.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage customers with friendly, professional advice.
• Build strong product knowledge across bikes, accessories, and clothing.
• Drive sales through smart upselling and cross-selling that genuinely helps the customer.
• Support stock management and keep the shop floor organised.
• Handle till transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.
• Promote safe cycling and help customers choose the right safety gear for their ride.
