Job summary

Bradley Hall | South East is seeking an experienced Valuation Surveyor to deliver professional valuation services across retail, office, industrial, and residential properties. The role involves due diligence, collecting comparables, and producing RICS-compliant valuation reports for existing and new clients.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Office, contribute to business development, and work closely with the valuation team and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing high-quality valuation reports.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
• In-depth understanding of property market trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional valuation services for diverse property types ensuring RICS compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, delivering timely valuation reports.
• Prepare comprehensive written valuation reports addressing all relevant factors.
• Identify opportunities for business growth with Head of Valuation and develop new client relationships.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with trends and provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with valuation team and other departments to offer integrated services.
• Guide and support junior team members to develop professionally.
• Ensure all work complies with RICS regulations and best practices.
