Qualifications

• Essential: NMC registered nurse.
• IT literacy and familiarity with IT systems.
• Knowledge of rheumatology conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follow induction and training.
• Organise and action patients’ test results.
• Recognise and action management plans for abnormal blood results related to DMARD monitoring using Trust IT systems.
• Answer patient queries via the rheumatology helpline by email and telephone.
• Participate in education presentations for patients and staff.
• Manage all aspects of rheumatology conditions.
• Continue CPD and complete mandatory training.
