Qualifications

Job Description:

A leading fund manager is seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join them on an initial 12-month FTC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Proposals and be responsible for completing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for investment management services, as well as pension consultants’ questionnaires, while strictly adhering to compliance rules.
• Maintain the RFP database library and ensure it is up to date.
• Coordinate with investment managers, business development, client relationship management, product specialists, and other units to gather and present information/data efficiently.
• Share relevant information proactively with the wider Marketing, Product, and Distribution departments.
• Build effective working relationships with team members globally.
• Handle additional projects or one-off tasks as required.

The role requires:

• At least two years of experience in an RFP role within Asset Management, covering multiple product types. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in writing for an investment audience and some knowledge of different asset classes would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
