• Coordonner avec d'autres départements pour rassembler des informations.

Job Description:

A leading fund manager is seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join them on an initial 12-month FTC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Head of Proposals, responsible for completing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for investment management services, adhering to compliance rules.
• Maintain the RFP database library.
• Coordinate with investment managers, business development, client relationship management, product specialists, and other units to gather and present information/data efficiently.
• Share information proactively with the wider Marketing, Product & Distribution department.
• Establish effective relationships with global team members.
• Perform other project or ad hoc work as required.

Role requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in an RFP role within Asset Management, covering multiple product types. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience writing for an investment audience and understanding of asset classes is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
