Job Description:

Product Manager – £50,000 – Remote/Monthly South West meetups – 12 months FTC - Force for good, remote first business, flexible working, part time considered, 20 + 8 days bank holiday, private medical, weekly lunches, mental health support & more!

This is an exciting position for a product owner/manager with a couple of years of experience, supporting the tech side of the business in delivering a range of products – from medical tech clients to EdTech programmes. You will have the opportunity to advance your career with some of the industry's brightest minds!

The Role

You will join the tech team and contribute to multiple client products. Ideally, you will have 2+ years’ experience in product management. You will lead product development within a team of 5, ensuring products exceed expectations and contribute positively to the team.

You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, using tools like JIRA to track progress and ensure timely delivery. You will assist with product discovery, ALPA stages, and collaborate with tech teams and clients on feedback, user stories, and epics.

You need to be detail-oriented, task-driven, and capable of organizing the development team to manage priorities effectively. As a product evangelist, you will challenge and push the team forward, embracing AGILE methodologies and continuous learning. Strong stakeholder management and a positive attitude are essential.
