Job summary

Flint UK Technology Services is seeking a seasoned RF Planning and Performance Engineer for a long-term engagement. The role supportsLondon, Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, and Birmingham in a hybrid setup with a 1-day-in-8-week weekend rota.

You will require strong Ericsson, Nokia or Huawei hardware knowledge and experience to analyze complaints and performance metrics, drive root cause fixes, and provide feedback on anomalies.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF planning and performance engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and KPI review skills.
• Experience with RAN-AD/RAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and take steps to resolve issues.
• Address RFI complaints raised by business and channels and exec channel.
• Review previous day KPI with drill-down analysis and raise tickets.
