Job summary

Flint UK Technology Services is seeking a seasoned RF Planning and Performance Engineer for a long-term engagement. The role supportsLondon, Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, and Birmingham in a hybrid setup with a 1-day-in-8-week weekend rota.

You will require strong Ericsson, Nokia or Huawei hardware knowledge and experience to analyze complaints and performance metrics, drive root cause fixes, and provide feedback on anomalies.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF planning and performance engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and KPI review skills.
• Experience with RAN-AD/RAC systems is a plus.

Job description

RF Planning and Performance Engineer

My client is currently looking for a number of experienced RF Engineers who have a strong background in planning and Performance as well as KPI for a long term engagement.

Primarily you will be dealing with customer complaints and taking steps to resolve any and all issues.

There are 3 main priorities/objectives for the role:

1. To address RFI complaints raised by the company's Business and Commercial channels as well the Exec channel.
2. To review and investigate the previous day's KPI with step change and drill down analysis to be completed and tickets raised.
3. To review anomalies detected by RAN-AD/RAC and provide feedback.

This is a hybrid role and can be based in any of the following locations.

London

Manchester

Bristol

Glasgow

Birmingham

There will be a weekend rota but that will be on 1day in an 8 week cycle.

You will need to have strong Ericsson or Nokia or Huawei hardware knowledge and experience.
