What you’ll be doing

• Perform detailed analysis of network performance and customer experience in a specific geographical area.
• Develop and implement detailed improvement plans to enhance network performance using existing radio network capabilities.
• Analyze public benchmark data (Umlaut and root metrics) to identify failures and implement strategies to reduce future risks.
• Identify and prioritize investment needs to improve customer experience, building compelling business cases for investment.
• Monitor network performance, investigate failure causes, and identify trends across the network.
• Support the development of less experienced team members and promote knowledge sharing to improve overall team skills.
• Collaborate with operations and managed service providers to address operational faults affecting performance.
• Prepare evidence packs to support decision-making, issue resolution, and investment approval.
• Utilize advanced data analytics skills to enhance operational processes.
• Assist regional managers with priority tasks as needed.

What you'll bring

Mandatory:

• Expertise in Mobile Network RAN optimization, planning, or performance management.
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations with incomplete information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to justify actions and influence decisions.
• Experience with Huawei, Ericsson, or Nokia performance counters and parameters.
• Knowledge of crowd data sources and their application in understanding radio propagation and customer hotspots.
• Proficiency in survey analysis, including layer 3 message diagnostics.
• Team-oriented attitude.
