Responsibilities as a Senior RF Microwave Engineer:

1. Lead RF backend design for the RF and microwave delivery system.
2. Own RF design, simulation, testing, integration, and documentation.
3. Collaborate with diverse teams for common goals.
4. Uphold commitment to cutting-edge electronics.
5. Contribute to project planning, progress reporting, and quick proof of concepts.

Requirements as a Senior RF Microwave Engineer:

1. RF design experience (VHF – X-band).
2. Hands-on experience in complex commercial RF systems.
3. Proficiency in FEA tools, preferably Ansys Maxwell and HFSS.
4. Practical experience in MW/RF (VHF – X-band) design.
5. Expertise in test plans, low-noise design, and bringing designs to market.
6. Strong documentation skills.
7. BEng/BSc Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Analog design, PCB design (VHF-X-band), RF vendor supply chain.
• Pragmatic decision-making and project management experience.
