Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work in confined spaces or elevated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Install radiating and feeder coaxial cables per layout drawings.
  • Mount and secure passive components like splitters.
  • Perform cable terminations and tests using RF test equipment.
  • Assist with setup of RF repeaters and amplifiers.
  • Document installation work and follow safety compliance.
  • Liaise with supervisors and engineers to meet project specs.
  • Help troubleshoot faults during installation.

Skills

Background in structured cabling or low-voltage system installation
Skilled with tools (drills, cutters, coax strippers, RF meters)
Able to read basic cable schematics
Understanding of cable routing and labelling standards

Education

CSCS/ECS card (or equivalent)
Full driving licence
