Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 1–2 years' RFIC or analogue/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Strong CMOS RF design fundamentals.
• Experience with advanced CMOS technologies is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop specifications, architecture, circuit design, implementation and verification of RF blocks for 6G ICs.
