Advantage Resourcing UK Ltd is recruiting an RF EW Product Engineer on a 6-month contract with an on-site base in Stevenage or Bristol. The role offers hybrid/remote working: three days on site and the rest from home, with a potential 4-day week option. The position is Inside IR35 (Umbrella) and 37 hours per week.

You will support RF EW capability growth, delivering configured hardware and validation evidence within time, cost and quality constraints, with travel opportunities in the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of RF and electronic systems, ideally ES and EA systems.
• Ability to specify clear and accurate requirements onto design teams (internal or external).
• Experience with design authority collaboration and customer engagement.
• Management of technical status and progression of work packages.
• Experience defining verification and validation strategies and key tests.
• Ability to manage supplier performance regarding cost, schedule and technical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Reporting to a Design Lead or Chief Design Engineer; manage development of equipment requirements and flow-down to suppliers.
• Define verification and validation strategies and key tests in collaboration with the project team.
• Maintain safe and secure integrity across the development cycle and into customer handover.
