Langham Recruitment is seeking an RF Engineer to join our client in Paignton, onsite. The role focuses on high-speed RF and electronic hardware design for next-generation networking systems, with 2+ years of experience required.

You will develop and validate electromagnetic models, perform advanced RF measurements, support integration, and create tools for modelling and data analysis. Salary £50,000–£65,000 with benefits including pension and stock options.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with high-speed RF circuits and RF measurements.
• Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools HFSS/CST.
• Hands-on RF testing and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed RF and electronic hardware.
• Develop and validate electromagnetic simulation models.
• Execute and analyse advanced RF measurements and testing.
• Support system integration, prototyping, and performance optimisation.
• Create software tools for modelling, automation, and data analysis.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to solve complex technical challenges.
• Communicate results through clear technical documentation and presentations.
