Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer in Stevenage to work on high‑frequency circuits up to 50 GHz, with hands‑on design, testing and optimisation from concept to prototype. The role focuses on practical hardware delivery using VNAs, spectrum analysers and RF test equipment, with opportunities to work on next‑generation communications technologies.

You will join a capable RF engineering team and contribute across design, build and verification phases, supporting

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar with commercial RF circuit experience.
• Hands-on RF fundamentals including impedance matching, S-parameters, gain, noise and linearity.
• Experience taking RF designs from concept through prototype development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and debug RF circuits for high‑frequency hardware.
• Analyse RF performance with lab equipment (VNAs, spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes).
• Support from concept through to production for next‑generation communications hardware.
