Job summary

Sepura Ltd is seeking an experienced RF engineer to lead and mentor the RF design team in Cambridge, overseeing end-to-end RF circuitry design for radio terminal products. You will drive system integration, testing, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on RF design expertise, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. Travel may be required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Significant experience in RF design, ideally in telecommunications or critical communications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of RF design engineers with resource allocation and mentoring.
• Lead the technical design and specification of RF circuitry for radio terminal products.
• Analyse technical requirements and translate into robust architectures.
• Support certification processes and provide technical assistance to customers.
• Deliver progress reports to senior stakeholders and coordinate project delivery.
