Job summary

Octagon Group is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer – mmWave to join our Derbyshire team. You will design and develop RF/microwave/mmWave circuits, perform simulations, and take ideas from concept through prototyping to manufacture.

The role offers hybrid working in Derbyshire, visa sponsorship, and the opportunity to contribute to next-generation defence and communications technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF / Microwave / mmWave engineering.
• RF simulation and analysis.
• Hands-on RF testing and measurement.

We’re working with a rapidly growing UK technology business developing advanced RF, microwave and mmWave technology for applications across space, aerospace & defence, telecommunications and critical communications.

Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an RF Design Engineer – mmWave to join their engineering team in Derbyshire. You’ll work on high-performance RF products, taking designs from initial concept and simulation through prototyping, testing and manufacture.

The Role

• Design and develop RF, microwave and mmWave circuits and subsystems
