Job summary

Verso Recruitment Group in Cambridge is seeking an RF Design Engineer to design and develop RF circuits and subsystems, from concept through validation, with onsite work in Cambridge.

You will create RF filters, amplifiers, and simulation models, support prototype builds, and contribute to design documentation. The role offers opportunities to collaborate across electronics, firmware and test teams and grow into more senior responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Electronics, RF Engineering, or closely related field.
• Solid experience in RF circuit design and simulation tools (ADS or similar).
• Understanding of RF filters, amplifiers, and signal‑chain fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical, detail‑driven approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing RF circuits, subsystems, and architectures for new products.

• Supporting prototype builds, debugging, optimisation, and performance testing.
