Octagon Group is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer – mmWave to join our Derbyshire team. You will design and develop RF/microwave/mmWave circuits, perform simulations, and take ideas from concept through prototyping to manufacture.

The role offers hybrid working in Derbyshire, visa sponsorship, and the opportunity to contribute to next-generation defence and communications technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF / Microwave / mmWave engineering.
• RF simulation and analysis.
• Hands-on RF testing and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF, microwave and mmWave circuits and subsystems.
• Perform RF simulation, analysis and optimisation.
• Test, characterise and troubleshoot RF hardware.
• Support products from concept through prototype and into manufacture.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Contribute to new technology and future product development.
