Roke is a leader in cutting-edge technology solutions for the defence industry with clients spanning National Security and Defence. You will join a stimulating, collaborative team delivering RF electronics for defence and electromagnetic warfare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent in the field.
• Experience using RF performance models (e.g., Microwave Office) and PCB layout (e.g., Altium).
• Experience designing solutions with very low SWaP-C (Size, Weight and Power, and Cost).
• Experience with RF design for harsh environments (EMC, vibration, thermal).
• Experience with spectrum analysers, vector analysers, power meters and RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate and implement RF/analogue circuits and systems for defence-related projects.
• Conduct hands-on integration, testing, and debugging of RF/analogue circuits and components.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to improve outcomes.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports (design specs, test plans, results).
• Provide mentoring and support to junior engineers and stakeholders.
