Job summary

World Class Defence Organisation is seeking a Systems Lead - RF Data Link subcontractor for an initial 12 month contract. The role offers hybrid/remote work with 4-5 days on site, located at Bristol or Stevenage, with a 37 hour week and 12 months duration.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain SC clearance.
• Understanding of RF communication principles and design.
• Experience managing project timescales and deliverables, and providing technical leadership to a small team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and manage them throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply systems design methodologies and lead design reviews.
• Manage work packages and lead junior engineers.
• Coordinate internal and external suppliers and customer stakeholders.
• Lead risk management and validation activities.
