Job summary

WTW is seeking a Rewards Survey Consultant to join its Rewards Data Intelligence Practice. You will provide survey and compensation consulting support, helping grow the team’s profitability and deliver market benchmarking and pay analyses for UK clients.

You will work on client relationships, survey delivery, and data-driven insights using WTW’s AI-enabled tools, with hybrid working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills—comfortable communicating with senior managers.
• Experience in data management or HR data processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support UK-based client relationships throughout the survey cycle.
• Support development of survey and data analytics offerings for Financial Services clients.
• Provide analytical support to industry leads (tracking participation, data quality, and analysis).
• Support compensation-project work (salary structures, reviews, bespoke surveys).
• Coordinate with Data & Analytics to provide market benchmarking using survey data and reports.
