Job summary

Torus is hiring a Pay and Benefits Coordinator to join our People Services team on a fixed-term contract until November 2027. The role covers pay, pensions, reward and employee benefits across the Group, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

You will work in a hybrid setup, attending Liverpool City Centre on Mondays and Warrington Bank Park on Wednesdays and Fridays, delivering first-class support to colleagues and managers while continually improving processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in reward and benefits, payroll or pensions with a strong customer focus.
• Experience delivering administrative services within a busy People Services/HR or payroll environment.
• GCSE Maths and English (Level 4/C) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality reward, wellbeing and benefits service, including pay and pensions to colleagues.
• Promote and support the Group's reward, wellbeing and benefits offering.
• Process and maintain reward, benefits, payroll and pension information accurately.
